MOCA Cleveland, also known as the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, was founded in 1968. It opened the doors to its new building on October 7, 2012. Through approximately eight exhibitions a year, all accompanied by public and education programs, and many by scholarly catalogues, MOCA brings the diverse work and ideas of national and international artists to its audiences.
